Carlo Donati Studio

Graduated in architecture from the Milan Polytechnic in 1992, after collaborating with the Belgiojoso BBPR studio and the Gregotti Associati International studio, in 1996 he founded Farnese Contract in Milan.

Since 1999 the Studio is mostly focused on interiors: luxury houses, residential flats design, shops and resorts throughout Italy and abroad. It is an organized team that works with qualified professionists: light designers, landscape, green designers and skilled craftsmen.

After working as architect consultant of Gianni Versace, Aldo Coppola and Liberty of London, the firm is currently responsible of the artistic direction of the Slowear fashion brand, developing the new retail concept and the design of several stores and showrooms in Italy and all over the world.

Carlo Donati Studio is also the project team in charge for the new image of Colefax & Fowler and of Linea più, well known company in the sustainable power industry. In 2008 the firm won the contest and developed the masterplan of Segrate, Milan.

It is now working on a new residential building with luxury case study apartments and utilities in Milan downtown, villas and apartments worldwide.

The Studio is also skilled on the design of new generation wooden buildings. Most of the projects have been object of interest by international press and have been published in the most influent interior design magazines and several books of architecture in Italy and all over the world.
